Registration policy

1. Your registration will be valid when payment is received in full by the Association.
2. The Association reserve the right to amend any part of the program without giving prior notice should the need arise.
3. The Association reserve the right to cancel the conference or any part thereof without prior notice in the event of unexpected circumstances.
4. For onsite registration, only credit card and cash payments in Thai BTH will be accepted.
5. Online registration will closed on 22^nd November 2010 (2330 GMT+7)

1. Cancellation must be made in writing by fax or email to the BIS 2010. (Fax +66 2 718 0708 / info@bisthailand.net)
2. No replacement will be accepted.
3. All cancellation deadline are based on (2359 GMT+7).
4. For all delegates, refunded will be made net of bank charges and refund administrative charges.
5. Please allow up to 60 days for processing.
